Our beautiful and grand fireplace. Don and Demettrio came in after a handful of other contractors, to give us a quote for what ended up being a complicated fireplace update. Our old fireplace was much smaller and very outdated. The previous contractors were all confused and struggled to understand our vision.
Don and Demettrio stayed, and even started sketching, until they understood exactly what we were looking for. Don built the inside, beautifully.
Demettrio completed the gorgeous exterior. Both men went above and beyond with helpful ideas, color and designing suggestions. Don even met us, at a few local lumber yards, to find the perfect walnut for the bottom portion. Demettrio helped us find the middle portion by suggesting a black granite. We are still looking for the perfect mantel, which Demettrio offered to come back to install, whenever we find it. Both are just great guys, easy to talk with and trust. Flooring
Demettrio heard we wanted new floors and came right over. We've used him on other jobs and completely trust him and his opinion. Just having a vague idea of what we wanted, he had great suggestions and used his contacts to find us exactly what we had hoped for. He came in early to get a good start on the day.

Our Beautiful Counters
Before we met Demettrio and Don, we had paid a large deposit for another company to build us a new under sink cabinet, to house a farmhouse sink, and to redo our countertops. After seeing that guy one time, we hadn't seen and barely heard from him again for about a year. Demettrio, who was now working on other projects for us, overheard our struggle. Without hesitation, he jumped in and started inquiring about our struggles. He listened to the situation and guided us on how to deal with the previous worker. He also listened to what we wanted in our kitchen. We were back and forth about the different countertop options. (not at all our wheelhouse, lol) He asked all the right questions to help us figure out what we really wanted. If he hadn't, we would've gone with something that most definitely would've turned into a nightmare. He brought in his stone guy who was very knowledgeable! Demettrio went everywhere trying to find exactly what we wanted.. I never realized we were so picky, ha ha. But, thanks to him, we found the most beautiful quartz. They gave us the two waterfalls and extended our breakfast bar. Demettrio helped us by installing the under sink cabinet, sink and faucet. Project Goals:
The goals of the kitchen remodel were to create a more functional and aesthetically pleasing space. The previous kitchen was cramped and outdated, with outdated cabinets, countertops, and flooring. The goal was to create a kitchen that was more inviting and functional, while still maintaining the character of the home.
Challenges:
One of the biggest challenges of the project was the limited budget. We had to be creative and resourceful in order to create a high-quality kitchen without breaking the bank. Another challenge was the fact that we were living in the house during the remodel. This meant that we had to be careful not to disrupt our daily lives too much.
Key Deliverables:
The key deliverables of the project were a new island, quartz countertops, new cabinets, and black hardware. We also installed custom flooring for the entire house. The new island provides additional workspace and storage, while the quartz countertops are durable and easy to care for. The new cabinets are a beautiful upgrade from the old ones, and the black hardware adds a touch of modern style. The custom flooring throughout the house ties the entire space together.
